A: NO. Cryptid Trails is all outdoors and is open rain or shine! Please wear appropriate shoes and clothing.
A: Online General Admission is $20.00. Fast pass admission is $30.00. VIP admission is $50.00. Group admission for groups of 10 people +, are $15 per person (must be booked in advance). Prices will increase at the door. When purchasing a ticket for Cryptid Trails, you get to choose your desired date and time for less waiting, and more entertainment. Purchasing your tickets online saves you time (by skipping the box office and proceeding directly to the designated check in queue area) and is the only way to guarantee entry to Cryptid Trails. We sell tickets nightly at the door, but in the event we sell out, your online ticket guarantees you entry.
A: No. And you will be instructed not to touch them either as well as any of the props and decorations in Cryptid Trails. If you do, you will be immediately removed from the events and or attractions by security without a refund. You may, however, be inadvertently touched or brushed up against due to the close proximity of the scare actors. However, they will not grab at you or restrain you in any way. You may also be touched by our safe foam props during some scenes but you will never be grabbed at by any of our scare actors. Our security cameras are recording in every area of our attraction to protect you, and to protect our actors from false allegations.
A: No. Enter at your own risk. Cryptid Trails is intense so please use judgement with small/young children. Generally, we don’t recommend Cryptid Trails for children under 13 years of age.

DO I HAVE TO PURCHASE TICKETS IN ADVANCE ONLINE? CAN’T I JUST SHOW UP AT MY OWN CONVENIENCE AND PURCHASE A TICKET?
A: Yes, absolutely! Advanced tickets are not mandatory although highly recommended to avoid hefty lines on busier nights. Purchasing at the door, simply walk up to the box office, purchase a ticket with cash or credit card.
A: Yes. That is our FAST PASS ticket. Simply purchase your Fast Pass tickets for any desired night of attendance. Arrive at the date stated on your tickets.
A: Yes. No high heels (we have uneven grounds), no backpacks, oversized purses, no costumes or masks, and we highly recommend not wearing expensive clothing due to the potential for them getting stained, ripped, etc, inside the attraction. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, STOLEN, DAMAGED PROPERTY. You will have to pass through a metal wand detector.
A: We are more than happy to help you with whatever issue you are having, and we do encourage you to seek out help with your issue if one does arise but there are absolutely no refunds once a ticket is purchased (for any reason). We work with our customers to give the most pleasant (but of course intensely scary) experience possible. In the unlikely event of a personal issue, we will certainly help work that out for you in the most convenient way possible. However, a refund is not going to be one of the solutions.
A: Yes. There are emergency exits around most corners. Simply follow the emergency exits signs out of the trail (without refund). We have staff in these areas to assist you. However, If you use these emergency exits, you will not be allowed back into the trail. These emergency exits are for emergency only, not to play around in.
A: This is a question we honestly do not like to answer and for good reason. Everyone moves at a different pace. Someone walking very, very slowly can increase their time inside an attraction by 10 minutes compared to someone moving at a more “normal” pace.
A: Tickets can be purchased online, which is highly recommended, or in person on the night you wish to attend.
A: We accept all credit cards for online purchases, and credit cards and also cash at the door.
A: Cryptid Trails is located at 2000 Donra Way Columbia, TN 38401 United States.
A: Yes. You will be checked by a security person with a metal detector upon arrival. Please leave your lighters, metal items, backpacks, etc in your car, as these items can damage key props inside the haunt. Keys and cell phones should be in your hand as you approach the door for easy passage. Then they should be put away, or you will lose them in the attraction! We will not stop the show to find these items! You can report lost and found at our customer care center. Cryptid Trails is not recommended for people with heart conditions, back/neck conditions, pregnant women, people prone to seizures or any disorder that is made worse by fear, anxiety, darkness, or flashing lights. Cryptid Trails IS NOT wheelchair accessible. Cryptid Trails employs the use of dissipating fog. Asthma should have their inhalers with them just in case. No outside food/beverages are allowed in the haunted event. Cryptid Trails is open rain or shine! We do not allow entry to anyone with a medical brace or crutches.
A: Yes. It is recommended to wear a face covering during their visit. Temperature checks will be required upon arrival, and guests with a temperature of 100.4 degrees or greater will not be admitted. Practice social distancing and keep at least 6 feet (2 meters) between your travel party and others. Wash your hands with soap and water often for at least 20 seconds. At select locations, guests will be required to use hand sanitizer. Please follow directions from our team members and have patience as we work through these new operational procedures. Avoid contact with people who are sick. If you happen to get the virus or sick PLEASE STAY HOME! You can call in to reschedule your visit on other operating nights, there are no refunds if you happen to become ill.

Please keep in mind, we are looking for energetic, enthusiastic, and reliable people to be a part of our time. If you are simply looking for extra money, don’t have a passion for this genre, or are trying to pass the time, this is not the job for you.
